I put a ticket in with our vendor who reached out to Genesys. They advised that Genesys is aware and working on it. I am not getting my scheduled reports or my Historical Adherence reports, but it is been worked on from my understanding.

Currently, only historical data typically > 1 day old is exported due to the source and volume of interactions data. When there is a difference between what is shown in the view and what is exported, you receive a partial result indication. The export file shows the partial result date and time including the most recent available transaction.
When you say you are exporting data from yesterday, is is 24+ hours?

Has anyone noticed if Interaction Reports contain data when exporting to either PDF or CSV? Tried to export a report today, for data from yesterday and it appears that Interaction information is not downloading. All reports are blank. It doesn't matter if we do Interactions as a whole, or if we get queue specific. No data is provided. You can view in Genesys, but it is not sending any data on the exports.
