Hello Jason,
Are you seeing this on several agents or just one agent? This looks like alerts being sent to an agent that may have had an issue receiving the alert. I checked internally and I wasn't seeing anything related to the edge release. You may need to have Product Support look into what was happening when those alerts were being sent.

We are seeing an interactions showing the agent being alerted multiple times for 0.0 seconds despite the agent and queue not having such second set in their timeout. Anyone know if this is related to the issue reported with the Edges sometime last week or so where agents on queue were being alerted much longer than they were normally?
