  • 1.  Interactions at Workspace

    When Users I am adding go to Performance>Workspace, it is blank.  No Interactions, no Tabs.  These Users (client) have the exact same Role/permissions as Supervisors and QA that do have Interactions and Tabs when loading Workspace.

    Hey Tim, 

    By default there would be no 'tabs' open but on the left the available reports/tabs can open. Are you sure they are not seeing these on the left hand side?

    I also just realized, the Interactions Icon on the left, is Red and crossed out?

    Hello Tim,

    Are you using custom roles or default roles?

    If you try adding the default User or Supervisor role they should get access to workspace tabs.

    Thx Jan, yes default Roles.  I also have a Case open with Support as well.  Hoping has been seen before.
