    We are doing some analysis with Interactions exports including all columns. However we are seeing issues with commas in the wrap up notes columns impacting imports of the export .csv file(s) as the commas in this column don't appear to be dealt with to prevent improper column breaks for interactions with wrap up notes with commas. Is there a way to adjust the export process for interactions to include markers around commas in the wrap up notes column to prevent this issue? Has anyone else ever addressed this issue?

    Hi James,

    You may need to check how Excel or your spreadsheet is handling this.  I just did a test and it did not break on the comma separation when exported as the wrap notes are within apostrophes, so handles the wrap-up note as one piece of text.
