When using the API explorer or the Analytics API I'm able to retrieve data regarding conversations. However, since today new conversations are not showing up. I can still retrieve conversation data from conversations older then the start of today. But conversations that I triggered manually today are not showing up.
When logged-in to the windows client of web-app, the new conversations also don't show up under 'Performance' -> 'Interactions'
What could be the cause of this?
Edit: they are now showing up, but with a delay.

Are you using an analytics query or analytics jobs? Data for jobs is delayed by up to 24 hours (it's populated nightly). If you're experiencing delayed data with POST /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query, please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate.
