I agree with Stephan, its likely to do with the locale formatting in Excel when it it gets to the 13th as it can no longer be a month, 4/12 could be 4th December but 4/13 has to be the April 13th.
If you open the .csv in notepad, you can check if the date formats change in the export or if it is just Excel doing Excel things

I think this might be an excel issue and how it interprets the data. I tested on my side and noticed the same. When I did a export using pdf format, all the dates include AM/PM
You might need to play around for the format and see if you can change this in csv file itself.
