That filter is to show calls that were recorded initially through the trunk, however like the display column it likely doesn't take into account whether policies kept or deleted those recordings. Not very useful in the real world I know. Might need an idea raised for this one.

Subject: Interactions View "Has Recording Filter" not working
When filtering on the Interactions Performance View by "has recording," Interactions are still appearing that say "no recording for this interaction" when opened. Why would they show in the list of interactions as "having a recording?"
Intention of this is to be able for clients to report out to THEIR clients how many "recordings" they have.
