    Hello,

    Our customer needs to monitor in real time on Pulse the asynchronous chats present in the staging area waiting to be processed, therefore an historical data.
    This data must be filtered and therefore we can't use Java statistics, it is necessary to use InteractionWait statistics that, however, at each disconnection or even a simple SwitchOver of the InteractionServer, this data is reset to zero.
    Is there a way to get around this problem? Maybe it's possible to extract this data in real time drawing from a database, for example the InteractionServer database? Or a "trick" to filter Java statistics?
