    Hello,

    Today the interface where users can change their status was updated. Is it possible to switch back to the previous version?

    Hello Beka,

    I don't believe there is a way to revert back to the old UI.  What issue are you experiencing?

    Change is always interesting, but the new Genesys Cloud navigation incorporates the latest design elements and enhanced accessibility features: Release Notes

    Hi Samuel,

    The release notes do not clearly describe what was changed and screenshots would be helpful with future release notes in cases like this where the agent experience changes.  We've received feedback from agents that it requires extra steps to update their status now.
