  • 1.  Internal Chat - Can an Admin access other users internal chats?

    Management wants to know of a way to monitor and export internal chats when a situation dictates. Is there a way for an Administrator or Manager to have rights to view the internal chats between other users?

    Gary, did you ever get a way to access chats. We have a situation that requires admins to access private group chats.

    Morris, we are onboarding with Genesys and asked that question.  We were told that it would require someone with the skills to work with the Genesys API.
