  • 1.  Internal Chat "Recently Closed" section

    Hello, I have scanned over the Resource Center and opened a case with support. I have also tested internally. Does any one know if the Recently Closed chat items ever clear out? I have a list of well over 18 things, and there does not look to be a way to make them go away. Client is just curious about this and I am not finding any answers.

    Recently Closed  will retain up to 20 items. Items do not drop off automatically (except for the oldest one every time the list goes over 20), nor is there a way to manually clear the list.

    I just searched on the string "Recently Closed", and this was the first result:
