    I got a request to report on the international calls we receive every month. Does anyone know how to report on something like this in Purecloud?

    Hi,

    Not sure will this help you.

    Assume you are looking for all outbound calls, you may try to use Performance -> Interactions View, then filter by:
    Direction = Outbound
    Initial Direction = Outbound
    Remote = {Specific country or International} this may depend on what is your International number plan name

    Or 
    Direction = Outbound
    Initial Direction = Outbound
    DNIS = "+100" this may depend on how the number plan is

    This is the link about Interaction View, check it out the Filter by Interaction Details section

    Once you have the list, you can use export them.
