Not sure will this help you.
Assume you are looking for all outbound calls, you may try to use Performance -> Interactions View, then filter by:
Direction = Outbound
Initial Direction = Outbound
Remote = {Specific country or International} this may depend on what is your International number plan name
Or
Direction = Outbound
Initial Direction = Outbound
DNIS = "+100" this may depend on how the number plan is
