Hi all,

Our international call center is saying that when a customer calls the format is in the +19999999999 format which forces them to enter the number back in manually for a quick return phone call.  Is there a way to change the number format that is received so an agent does not have to re-enter the phone number manually in order to call a customer back?

Are you referring to the plus sign?
You may want to check the trunk settings - under "Identity".  There is a toggle for the plus sign under Called - "Address Omit + Prefix".  Maybe check to see if that is toggled on or off.  

Sorry, I'm no expert - just saw that no one had responded and I know we have the plus sign format and we can use the call back button.
