    Hello,

    I know there are a bandwidth calculator, but this is just for voice and only recommend a % reserved for data transactions, so I still wonder what is the minimum internet bandwidth that the apps (desktop and web) of PureCloud requires for establish login and all the data transaction, I mean, just to know the bandwidth for all data that the apps need for connect with PureCloud.
    Suppose that I have two organizations, the first one is chat interaction only and the second one for voice and chat interactions. On these scenarios, which are the required internet bandwidth on each if both organizations use simultaneously desktop and web apps?.

    Hope someone can clarify!

    The actual browser client takes no more than most web applications with very little in the way of bandwidth for just sitting there.  

    I just tested and logging in took 18.7 seconds and 1.7 MB.  Answering a chat with just a few lines over about a minute was only 400 kb or so.  You can extrapolate from there and it really depends on what is on the PureCloud screen - like pulling up a screen full of queues took 19 seconds and 700 kb.  

    Use the Network and Performance in Chrome developer tools to check it out on your own.
