Is there a way to extract the data for hourly intervals for a month at a time instead of daily? I can find the daily (screenshot attached).

    Hello Danielle,

I don't believe we can get more granular than a day. I cant seem to find anything in our documentation about this but I have tried testing this and cant find a way to get more granular than a day.

    Hope this helps!

    Cheers,

Here was an idea created for a similar request back in May.  Upvote it to give it more visibility!

hi! If you select 1 month and proceed to export you have a drop down menu called "Granularity" that provides an option of 30 minutes interval (1).

If you select more than 1 queues, next to your selection you will find an option called "View as a group"(2) - this will enable granularity field in export. If you need both time intervals and queue names as parameter in the export you can also tick the box to "Split Filters" (3) in Formatting section of the export pane..

Good morning! This was close, but I"m looking for the total amount of calls for the whole month per 30 minutes , not broken down by day.

So like 830am-9am had a total of 250 calls for the whole month of July.

Thank you Ekaterina!    I will check later, but does it now tell you how many calls you received from 8:00am - 8:30am for the entire month or does it still require manual manipulation?    I never saw this report (in other systems) where you would then have to manipulate it to get the data you are looking for.  Last I heard this was a request, but I do not see the original request any longer.  The other issue was it could not be run immediately, only scheduled.

oh I get it. No, you still need to aggregate on interval level then, simple pivot table would solve the problem though.
