I have noticed that the interval column when viewing reports for some reason changes depending on the month I am viewing. For example, When I am looking at the Queue Performance report for our main customer service queue for the month of January, the interval is represented as "Jan 1, 2026" and then "Jan 2, 2026" and so on. But when I'm viewing this month in February, it's represented as "Feb 1, 2026 - Feb 7, 2026" and "Feb 8,2026 - Feb 14, 2026" and so on on a weekly basis. To make things even more odd, when I view November, it is represented by day, but also includes the time of day "November 2, 2025 12:00 AM - November 2, 2025 11:00 PM."

I'm not adjusting anything when moving between these months. I'm just viewing one queue and looking at the full month. Does anyone know why this might be happening and any way to adjust it for consistency without exporting?

    Hi Cody,

I did a test here and it's the same as yours.

Except for November, which for me shows day by day without the time.

I'm not sure, but I believe that because January hasn't closed yet, it shows weekly intervals, and when the month closes, it shows day by day.

If that's indeed the case, it's awful; I confess I'd never noticed it before.
I tested it by adjusting the view from February 1st to February 31st and showing it day by day (not weekly), meaning I didn't use the "this month" option.

    Hi Cody,

It does appear that the Month filter has broken for February. This has been raised for investigation and I will keep an eye on it internally.  As a workaround, selecting the dates 1st Feb-2nd March will show the daily values.

"November 2, 2025 12:00 AM - November 2, 2025 11:00 PM."  being displayed for November was due to daylight savings time is what Genesys told me.
