    Hi All,
    We are attempting to reschedule a week's schedule in Genesys Cloud, based on these guidelines: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/initiate-an-intraday-reschedule/. We got to the point where we saw the rescheduling in the "Last Scheduling Attempts" list (see attached screenshot).

    Our question is how to see the changes to the agent's schedule in this reschedule attempt and how to apply or discard the changes?

    Once rescheduling is complete, then open that schedule. Then the sixth tab on https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/start-the-rescheduling-process/ explains how to apply.

    Thank you for your response, @Jay Langsford. Unfortunately, the sixth tab in this document does not match the behavior or the UI we see:

    1. during rescheduling run there was no red or green progress bar
    2. once the reschedule result was ready, we do not see an option to view, apply or discard the reschedule results, no Click to apply to agents action item

    This is the schedule opened from the Ready to be applied, Reschedule job

    Does schedule need to fulfill any requirements in order for us to see the documented reschedule functionality? Is there a basic example of schedule for small number of agents we could adopt in order to reschedule properly?

    In a test org, I was able to reschedule and see both progress and completion notice at the top of the schedule (either by leaving the schedule open after during rescheduling or clicking on the schedule with the status of 'Ready to be applied'. At this point I would recommend opening a case with Care.

    The only other thing I would mention is that we do hide the progress and completion bar on the schedule if the user does not have schedule edit permissions.
