Hi, I'm Yasuto.
I've been working as a Genesys Cloud sales partner since 2022, focusing on proposing solutions to new clients and providing support.
Previously, I worked in web system development and network construction, so I can propose not only the necessary environment setup for CTI but also the development of auxiliary systems using APIs. (I can even develop them myself in some cases.)
I'm very excited to be involved with Genesys Cloud every day.
