    I'm Marciel, a Genesys Cloud Consultant from Brazil.

    I work mainly with Genesys Cloud CX, Architect, voice solutions, integrations, APIs, Data Actions and customer journey design.

    I've been working with Contact Center and Genesys technologies for many years, and I'm here to exchange knowledge, learn from the community and contribute whenever I can.

    It sounds like you bring a strong background in Genesys Cloud CX, Architect, integrations, APIs, Data Actions, and customer journey design. Those are areas that many community members are actively working with, so I'm sure your experience will be valuable to others.

    I have personally found this community to be an excellent place to learn, exchange ideas, and discuss both certification preparation and real-world implementation challenges. I'm looking forward to seeing your insights, especially around Architect, integrations, and solution design.
