Hi all, Natasha here, and I just wanted to introduce myself to the community.
I work in CX Advisory at Genesys, partnering with customers to help them get real business value out of their CX transformations. I spend a lot of time working with teams to align on what success actually looks like, define the right KPIs, and build practical roadmaps to get there. My role often sits between business, operations, and technology, helping connect the dots so organizations can move from reactive support models to more proactive, experience-driven approaches. Ultimately, I'm focused on helping customers turn their investments into meaningful outcomes.
For fun, I love traveling and hope to visit every country. I'm somewhere in the 50/60 range currently! I'm also motivated to earn my Genesys community badges so I hope you say hi! :)
