    Hi everyone, I'm Francis Guo.

    I'm the Senior Solutions Developer at City of Buffalo, NY, USA.  I've been using Genesys for over 8 years and I got all Genesys Certificates.

    I'm particularly interested in Genesys Cloud AI driven functions.

    Keen to connect with others experimenting in this space especially to any questions related to certificate exams.

    Looking forward to learning from this community.
