its a low-code editor to build Flows for your interactions. Its a core tool of Genesys to tell the system, how to handle calls, emails and other interactions. It contains a lot of prebuild actions like checking opening times, read information from data tabeles or transferring a call to another queue. Best part is the ability to use "Data Actions" that can use nearly every Genesys Reccource via API or even other systems. If you want to provide good customer service, then there is no way around architect. You can even build bots and automation flows with it.
