ABOUT THE STUDY: 

• Date: Anytime between now and Friday, September 23^rd
• Type of study: Unmoderated card sorting
• Length: about 15 minutes
• Location: Remote – via Zoom and usertesting
• Who can do the activity: any Genesys customer or partner across roles in the contact center similar to administrator, contact center manager, etc.
• Your reward: $25USD e-gift card, 1-2 weeks after participation.
