    Hi there, is anyone else having issues with online chat not working with IOS devices today? it seems to be cutting connection with the user while the agent side interaction seems fine. 
    our customer see a message "Chat is unavailable due to an authorization error"

    Is this happening with iOS devices only? If so, can you open a support ticket if you have not already done so?

    If it's happening for all, it's possible you turned on the new organization setting to only allow web chat via the new chat deployment settings, but have not actually configured your chat to use the new web chat deployment. You should only turn on the setting once you reconfigure your chat. See https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/require-web-chat-deployments/.
