I know that working with an evolving set of IP addresses can be challenging but that API call will guarantee that you are able to have an accurate list of the IPs that we are using. I know that our dev team has done a great job of announcing any changes to the CIDR blocks long in advance so you shouldn't run into any situation like that.

To execute data actions against our own system, we retrieve IP addresses using GET /api/v2/ipranges and allow access based on that.
However, the problem is stated as: "Note: Whenever possible, Genesys announces changes to the list of IP addresses for outbound data action traffic and SMTP traffic under Features coming soon." This implies that we might not be informed of changes in advance. If IP addresses change without prior notification, critical functionalities could stop working, leading to a significant impact on our business operations.
- How do you all handle such a situation?
- Has anyone encountered such a situation in the past?
