If an agent has forgotten to end a web messaging interaction, and logs out, is a supervisor or admin able to either end that interaction or maybe transfer it back to a queue?

This is possible via API, would require new feature in GC UI: good Idea to raise on Supervisor workspace.

Can you clarify? It's possible via API (which API?) but even with the API it would require an update to the GC User Interface?
