Is Conversation API fetching Web Chat conversations compatible with Web Messenger conversations also?

  • 1.  Is Conversation API fetching Web Chat conversations compatible with Web Messenger conversations also?

    Hello,

    We got an integration where we fetch WebChat conversations using the below APIs. As WebChat is replaced by Web Messenger, so will the below APIs will continue to function without any issues or we need to use any other API to fetch conversations of Web Messenger.

    /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/jobs/{jobId})

    /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query

    Please confirm.
