I want to create an automation process between Genesys clopud and another Telephony platform. Is it possible to create a conversationId without have a call and then create a call with this conversationId?
Need to have access to the conversationId because we will attach some information from another platform.

No, conversations don't exist without media. You can send UUI data when placing a call or set participant attributes on the conversation after it has been initiated.
