    Hi all
    The question is in the subject :-)
    My new genesys cloud customer was used to using engage solution, in which they were able to transfer an email as an attached file.
    They don't find this functionnality in Genesys Cloud, which was useful for them.
    Is it possible to do so ? (transfer the mail as attached file) ?

    No, Transfer does a transfer of the original Email as if it came to the agent originally.  The new Multiple Replies features does allow you to send and email then send it again somewhere else, like replying to a customer and then forwarding to your support desk.
