I've been playing around with the evaluation assistance feature and have created an evaluation form that utilizes topics to automatically complete the questions within the form. From testing this feature, I seem to have only figured out how to get it to complete the question within the form and not submit the form itself. I've hunted through the resource centre to see if its possble to automatically submit the form after its completed but cant find an answer.
Is it possible for this process to be fully automated? We would like 100% of our calls to be put through this form to highlight to us if our agents are asking specific questions on all of their calls.
