  • 1.  Is it possible to Clone a Division?

    I'd like to setup a dev/test Division so I can test flows and configurations prior to implementing them on production. Is it possible to clone or copy the configuration objects -- flows, queues, skills, etc. either through the GUI or the API?

    Flows & queues have copy functionality in the UI but most objects don't.  You definitely could do it with the api: get a thing, then tweak the response & post to create a new slightly-different object.  Note some exceptions will apply.
