Is it possible to copy a campaign schedule or set it to occur for a set of days and times? Right now I only see the ability to create a campaign schedule for each day...

    For example - If I have 3 campaigns and I want each one to turn on and off each day during specific times, I have to do this one by one on each day. Is there a way to copy these schedules?

    Hi Michael,

    Recurring campaign schedules are on the roadmap. The popular workaround right now is to go to the week or month view in the schedule editor and drag the schedule where you want it.

    Finally this feature was not added? Some customers ask to turn campaigns on and off recurrently and we don't think the final solution should be to drag and drop the planning from the previous day's campaign.

    Has Genesys forgotten about this?
