Our customer is using Cisco Phones as their Remote Phones for the agents.
When an incoming call on queue comes to the Agent, the remote phone rings, but it does not show the caller number instead the main number which is configured on the PureCloud Trunk configuration.
The PureCloud User Interface shows the caller number and other details.
But the customer would like to it also on the phone.
Is there a possibility to show the caller number also on the remote phone?
