Hi everyone,

We noticed a difference between testing an evaluation form and completing an actual evaluation.

When testing the form, the score is visible and updates as the answers are selected. However, during a real evaluation, the score does not appear while the evaluator is completing the form. It only becomes visible after the evaluation is submitted.

Could you please confirm whether this is the expected behavior?

Is there any setting, permission, or configuration that allows evaluators to see the running score before submitting the evaluation?

If this is not currently supported, is this functionality planned for a future release?

This is the expected behavior. When testing an evaluation form in preview/test mode, the score is visible and updates in real-time as you select answers. However, during an actual evaluation, the running score is intentionally hidden from evaluators while they complete the form. The score only becomes visible after the evaluation is submitted. There is an idea marked as Upcoming Development in the Product Ideas Lab that would give you the option to show or hide the running total score in an evaluation.
