You are welcome. If this ends up being the solution, I'd appreciate it if you could mark my response as the answer - it helps the algorithms (as well as anyone else facing the same concerns!)

Subject: Is it possible to empty a queue ?
Hello Paul. Thank you for the suggestion which seems a good one, I had not thought about deleting them automatically in an in-queue flow.
Yes, the idea is to keep them in the queue in order that they can be reviewed before being deleted.
I will propose your suggestion, that is to say delete them automatically after a period, I suppose this should satisfy my customer. ( I hope so ! )
Thank you
Catherine

OK, so the first dumb question is "why are you sending SPAM to a queue in the first place"? If you are just going to delete it, the set your SPAM Routing to "Disconnect all email that is detected as spam".
However, assuming that you are not using the built-in SPAM filter, but detecting it in the Flow instead, then you should disconnect instead of transferring to the queue.
If the idea is to keep them in the queue for a period, and then delete them (so they can be reviewed, if necessary) then I would create an in-queue Email Flow that basically waits for the desired delay and then disconnects the interaction.

Subject: Is it possible to empty a queue ?
Hello everybody.
We have implemented an email routing, and , in distribution rules, we send all the spam emails into a "spam queue".
We can then either connect to spam queue, get the spam emails and discard each after the other, but this is very tiresome. Either go and supervise the queue in Performance, and reaffect each mail towards someone, which is also very tiresome.
Otherwise, all I can do is to let all the spams acumulate in the queue.
Is it annoying to let a lot of spams accumulate in the queue?
What I would like is to be able de delete all the email-spams at once, in order to empty the queue. Is it possible?
Thus, I would be able to have a glance at the spam queue, quickly locate and reaffect the mails which are not spams, and the delete all the others.
I don't find how I could do that ?
Thanks for your help.
