Dear Community,

Is there any option in Genesys Cloud to keep only one default ringtone and remove all other ringtone options from the WebRTC Settings?

Our requirement is to ensure that agents can use only the default ringtone and are not able to select any other ringtone.

Please find the attached screenshots for your reference.

I had a look on my side and does not seem like its currently possible to do this.  From what I can see, its not assigned to a permission that can be removed.  I also had a look on the Ideas Portal to see if someone perhaps logged a similar idea but could not find anything.

If this is really required, I would recommend creating a Aha Idea for this.

Not sure if someone else in the community is aware of a workaround.
