    In our HR dept we have several groups and require the ability to pickup group calls when they're absent. I've added the groups into my favourites but can't see the group being called.

    You have to be a member of the group to receive a phone call sent to that group. Even then, it calls people in randomly selected groups of 15 so if the group has more than 15 members you phone may not start ringing right away.

     

    You cannot go to the Interactions view and pick up a call that is alerting on other people in a group. You have to wait for it to ring your phone.
