    Is it possible to run 2 campaigns simultaneously from the same contact list?  I want to segment my inventory and dial it in separate campaigns one right after the other. What I am seeing is that the other campaigns will not start until all contacts from the 1st campaign are completed. If one agent is on a prolonged call all other agents are forced to wait until that last contact is completed. Is there any way to start a second campaign that uses the same contact list without having to wait for the first campaign to completely end?

    No, you can only use a contact list with one campaign at a time.
