We would like to include the possibility for anyone calling a specific number to be able to speak the name of the person they would like to get transferred to.
Is it possible to setup a "dial by name" task in architect?
Yes, we refer to that as using the company directory.
It's under Settings -> Speech Recognition -> Company Directory
