Hi,
I have custom API connected to PureCloud that schedules a callback after certain event occurs. Then when the time comes for callback to execute I would like to do it not through real Agent but though IVR and Architect.
I looked everywhere for a possible solution but did't find anything.
So is it possible to transfer Callback call to the IVR Architect right away?

It sounds like you're looking to schedule callbacks in an agentless outbound campaign. https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/callbacks-in-campaigns/
