Im wanting to pull the recording after the interaction and copy it to my own s3 bucket.
looking to see if there is a webhook or some post interaction event

You can use the notification service to receive real-time notifications about conversations, then inspect the events to determine when a conversation has ended.

thats one a user level. Im looking for something global to move recordings when they are completed
