When you are in the day view, the plus icon will show exceptions and actual activities.
This is only available if you have 'show adherence' switched on in the display options (cog at top right of the page), and if you select an individual MU in the view.

I been trying to get the "+" plus sign option to appear where when you click on it there would be a drop down as seen in below screenshot. I'm not able to determine how to get that if its related to a permission or change that needs to occur. I see the "+" when I switch it to a vertical view but do not see it when in the Day Time view in the schedule section for WFM. Anyone know if this is related to permission?
