  • 1.  Is there a place in the Genesys Cloud CX documentation where I can see a list of all icons and their meaning?

    Hello!

    There are so many icons in use in Genesys Cloud CX and I'm wondering if there's a topic in the documentation/resource center that lists every single icon in use and their meaning? If not, I'd love to see it. Something along the line of the Call Controls topic.

    I've done a search and I'm not coming up with anything comprehensive.

    Wow--thank you so much for taking the time to answer my question in the latest Q&A show! The feedback form is actually a great tool and that's an excellent suggestion. I know that the icons are usually described within each specific topic but I do find that, with the product evolving so quickly that there are definitely icons I'm seeing from time to time in the software that I'm not seeing described (yet) in the topics, so that's where my initial curiosity came from. I'd love to see a topic with a comprehensive list of all icons (like you would in a car user manual type of thing) that can be pulled from the documentation. So, anytime they're added or changed in the documentation, it can be an automatic pulled into an icon description topic. Maybe some sort of data tables for Wordpress or something can be used and they can be broken down in the topic by user? For example: Agent-use icons, Supervisor-use icons, Admin-use icons. I don't know, I'm just rambling off ideas. :) What do you think, @Danna Shirley? :)
