Is there a way to access an AWS database without a bridge server? The question comes up because my customer wants to minimize on-site footprint. Installing a bridge is counter to that purpose.

We would be planning on building a VOC (post call survey) and storing the answers in the AWS cloud. I think, if there going to store the data in an enterprise database, they would need a bridge server. Same would be true if they wanted to call a web service to move the data.

If I wrong about the required architecture, please correct me.

In most cases you can use a PureCloud Data Action now (cloud-to-cloud REST calls) without needing a bridge.
