Is there a way to configure an interval for the campaign calls (Preview) ?

    ​Team,

    I have requirement where when  I start the campaign each call should have 15 mins interval in between. If not , is it possible to recycle campaign every 15 mins ?

    Use a PreCall rule to check the time since the last dial using the column in the contact list created by PureCloud and the time function.  If under the 15, don't dial.  Check out PreCall rules here:  https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/pre-call-rules/

    Yes, you can recycle campaigns every 15, but you shouldn't need to.
