I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to reach out to see if anyone has found a way to extract detailed survey data, specifically the scores from 2 and 3 question surveys, directly from Genesys Cloud.
Currently, when we extract data, we can access the survey form and overall survey scores, but we are unable to retrieve the individual scores for each question. The only way we can obtain this information is by manually opening each interaction, navigating to the quality summary, and clicking on the completed survey. This process is quite time-consuming and not very efficient for our data gathering needs.
We would greatly appreciate it if there is a way to incorporate the individual question scores into the main extraction page moving forward. This enhancement would significantly streamline our data collection process and improve our ability to analyze customer feedback.
