    Hi

We need to find the list of media retention policies under which a queue is associated/added to "forQueues".

Is there any direct API for the same?

    Regards, Vageesan

    Hi Vageesan,

Take a look at this API. That will tell you all of the queues in which the media retention policy applies against.

    Hi John,

    Thanks for your inputs.

    Whats the difference between

    /api/v2/recording/crossplatform/mediaretentionpolicies

    and

    /api/v2/recording/mediaretentionpolicies

    Hi Vageesan,

I talked with the QM team. You should use the /api/v2/recording/mediaretentionpolicies endpoint. The cross-platform endpoint is specifically for WEM Hybrid orgs (which you are almost a 100% not :))
