  • 1.  Is there a way to limit what Roles a user can see and assign?

    Hi,

    My organisation is new to Genesys Cloud, today we have a dedicated set of people who are able to add users to our current system and only have the ability to assign certain permissions\roles to those users, for example, Agent, Supervisor etc. We want them to be able to do this in Genesys Cloud however we are struggling to find a way to do this without giving them the ability to grant other users elevated access such as Master Admin. Has anyone else come across this and if so, is there a solution?

    Have you tried limiting the permissions of General > Role Manager to a division that those users are in?  That should only allow of role management to anyone in that division, but not other divisions or the supervisor themselves.
