    Dear all

    Is there some platform API can use to add a notification in inbox?

    before

    after API posted, it would be like below

    there are some notifications, however, not sure if they are suitable to achieve it...

    Appreciate if you may share your ideas if there is any.

    John,

    The Notifications API is to allow you to sign up to receive notifications, not to send them. (Things like updating a list of agent statuses in a custom UI, or for incoming chats etc.)

    I don't believe there is an endpoint to set the indicator in the way you describe, but I recommend posting this over on the Developer Forums where there are many more experienced developers!
